At The Hitting Zone and New Era Baseball, we are dedicated to providing young athletes the opportunity to develop their skills, build character, and foster a love for baseball.

We rely heavily on the generosity of individuals and businesses in our community to support our programs. This year, we are seeking donations to help cover the costs of equipment, uniforms, travel expenses, and facility maintenance. Your contribution will directly impact the lives of our players by ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed both on and off the field.

We would be incredibly grateful for any support you can provide. Donations of any amount are welcome and will be acknowledged with a receipt for tax purposes. Additionally, we offer various sponsorship opportunities to provide your business with valuable exposure to our community.

Purple - $1000/year

• SEO shows www.thehittingzonestl.com as the #1 search for batting cages in St. Charles County
• 3' x 5' banner with company logo and information displayed at The Hitting Zone

Gold - $1,500/year

• Everything above
• Logo placement on travel trailer and vehicle representation.

Platinum - $2,500/year

• Everything above
• Ad placement on lobby video board
• Additional social media shares, and special event sponsors such as camps, clinics, or fundraisers. (powered by YOUR BUSINESS)

Corporate Sponsorship $15,000 - 3 year contract - one-time payment

• Everything above
• Large vinyl tarp representation 16ft x 30ft (Logo sizes will vary pending information used)
• Limit to 3 corporate sponsors and no sponsor the same.
• Private use of facility up to 3 hours. 1 use per year.
• Professional commercial to be released on socials and will include a boosted post for additional reach.
• Each sponsor will receive 100 credits per year to use as a company for baseball, softball, and slowpitch
